1.1) Pricing
● All prices are given as the Ex-Factory prices, excluding Freight and insurance Charge
● All prices are quoted in banding range from the current Sliver price in the global market.

1.2) Order & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
● Sample Order
--5 pieces/pairs per style
--30%Surcharge of Ex-Factory price will be applied.
--For sample request of Ring, one size can be selected.
●Bulk Order
--50 pieces/pairs per style
--4 sizes of Ring can be applied.
Remark：The production won’t be started without the confirmation by both parties.

1.3) Lead Time (Approximately)
● 2-3weeks for Sample Order
● 4-6weeks for Bulk Order (After Proforma Invoice confirmation)

--The total value of shipment over 5000 US Dollars.
--An extra charge of USD 50.00 will be applied for handling in case the shipment is less than USD 5000.00
Tem of Payment
● Letter of Credit (L/C) requested for Orders over $5000
● Advance Payment via Telex Transfer(T/T)
-30% deposit before the production will be started and the balance 70% when the shipment is ready for dispatch.
Retum &Claim Policy
--The claim must be made in writing within 30 days per lnvoice date.
--Over 30 days claim will be subject to Labor Charge for repair or replacement.
Return merchandise won’t be accepted without our Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain the RMA, Please send in your request via info@condemode.com.
